Good to know.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
There is no setup fee. Plans are billed monthly, at the start of each month. Your first month has no commitment; after that, plans run three months at a time.
Can we keep our phone number?
Usually, yes. Most US numbers can move to Twilio, which Garage sends texts and calls through. A move takes two to four weeks, and your number keeps working with your current carrier until it switches over. If a number can’t move, we set you up with a new local one.
Can we bring our current leads?
We will try. If your leads are in another CRM or a spreadsheet, send us an export and we will do our best to bring them in during setup. Every system is different, and some keep leads on paper, so we can’t promise it.
What counts as a seat?
Anyone who can sign in: an admin or a sales agent. Switching someone off frees their seat without deleting them or their history.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. A change turns features on or off. Nothing is ever deleted, so moving down and back up again picks up where you left off.
Do our clients ever see Garage?
Not on the page. Your site, texts and credit applications carry your name, logo and colors. The web address is your-name.garage.autos.
What counts as a text on Autopilot?
Every text sent or received. Like the phone carriers, a long text counts once per 160 characters, or per 70 if it has an emoji.
How do texts work on Drive and Turbo?
We set up and run your texting for you, so there is no phone account for you to manage. Each month we bill exactly what the texts and calls cost us, with nothing added. Autopilot includes 2,000 texts a month.

We work one-on-one with every brokerage on Garage, from setting it up to deciding what we build next. Ten is how many we can do that for properly right now.
Who sets it up?
